Program Overview
Day One "Understanding People"Day one explores the paradigm shift required to create and lead high performance organisations. It exposes participants to the successful business practices of the very best performing organisations and explores how diverse personalities can either enhance or ruin organisational performance. The topics covered include:
Day Two "Business Finance and Strategy"Day two helps participants improve their general business and financial literacy in an entertaining and non-threatening way. It also explores the organisation’s own financial system and the way it impacts each business unit and team. The session includes:
Mid Program ProjectsParticipants identify one element of their business that could be improved and apply what they have learnt in the program to their chosen problem. Their project can be something as simple as a team performance audit or as complex as designing a new commercial product. The chosen project must focus on improving productivity, increasing efficiencies, saving dollars, improving customer service, improving quality, building teamwork and enhancing organisational performance.
Day Three "Customers and Teamwork"The focus on day three is the development of a customer mindset, teamwork and new coaching skills. It also provides an opportunity to discuss the project reports. The day includes:
Day Four “Performance Management”Day four provides more opportunity for project feedback and to focus on the development of effective communication and performance management systems. The day includes:
Day Five "Innovation and Support”The final session explores the specifics of how the organisation can support its coaches and help them create a more innovative and competitive business. It also provides an opportunity to re-energise participants and to explore answers to the barriers they face as future change agents and coaches. The day includes:
